In this comprehensive climbing course our experienced instructors teach you the key climbing, belaying & rope skills you need to become a competent lead climber.⠀

For experienced adult climbers age 16+, ideally climbing at least at F6a level. You must be fully proficient at all Top Rope climbing skills including belaying and tying in.⠀

This course requires 2 people to run. Please contact us if you are looking to book an individual space.

In small groups, our experienced instructors coach your child in Lead Climbing, advanced climbing technique, movement skills and a broad knowledge of equipment use. To get the most out of this course, the children need to be active learners that can function well in a group environment.⠀

This club is for children aged 12 or above who have successfully completed Edge 3/NICAS 3 at Glasgow Climbing Centre or at another climbing centre.

Adults and children can learn to climb together in a small group.⠀
Each pair must consist of 1 Adult (over 18) and 1 child (age 4 plus). ⠀

The Edge Club is for young people who want to lear

The Edge Club is for young people who want to learn to climb safely. ⠀
The sessions focus on the levels of the National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme (NICAS). They aim to deliver all the skills required to develop young climbers. ⠀
⠀
Sessions run on weekday evenings, and during the day on Saturday and Sundays⠀
⠀
Our climbing coaches will be on hand to develop the kids climbing skills whilst monitoring and updating their logbooks. NICAS helps to provide focus, structure, and progression to our kids’ climbing sessions. ⠀
