A Recent Glasgow Live review says “Liam McAlpine, also known as the ‘Flavabomb King’, has created a pop-up restaurant in The Flavour Bomb Kitchen that is the perfect mix of daring and delicious”. You can follow Liam’s food blog and get his latest recipes here. With 1-2 events per month, customers pay for a set tasting menu of five courses which are kept somewhat of a secret until the night. We only announce the main flavours in each course. The method and exact dish is revealed on the night. Although If your really needing to know in advance we have no issue sharing the full menu.
Tickets normally sell fast so please ensure you have looked and agreed to the menu for the date you are booking. Each event is different and not all events are offered in a Veggie and vegan. Corkage is free and we encourages diners to bring amazing wines, whisky, cocktails & beers to enjoy with their meal. Liam and his team produce fresh and exciOng dishes mixing tradiOonal Scotsh ingredients such as Stirlingshire pheasant, venison and mussels with South American and South East Asian flavours and ideas to deliver gourmet quality and truly memorable food. All Pop ups can be booked by paying a £15 deposit per person.
