Back for itโs 6th iteration. Pitch Black 2025 is a 12 hour endurance climbing competition through
the night. Climbing teams of 2 rack up high scores by the number of routes climbed, with harder/
longer routes awarded more points. The competition is lead climbing only and costs ยฃ50 per pair.
-7pm-7am
-Lead climbing only
-Speed and tactics often beat strength and high grades
-Long periods of darkness with climbing done by headtorch (you will need to provide your own)
-Two amazing prize pots for highest points and most routes climbed
