Intu Braehead has 3 car parks with 6,500 spaces, including disabled and parent and child spaces spread throughout all car parks. Passenger lifts and escalators give easy access from the car park directly to the shopping centre.
The Blue car park is conveniently situated right outside SOAR and Climbzone.
Although we can’t guarantee usable photos due to the nature of the activity we will try to get a snap of each participant as they go around The Skypark.
Photographs can be viewed and purchased in reception after your session, priced at £4 each or 3 for £10.
Unfortunately for safety reasons we cannot allow participants to carry their own cameras on the activities.
Use one of our selfie frames located at the reception area to post and share your Climbzone adventure with family and friends.

You should arrive about 10 minutes before your session starts so you can get signed in and ready to start on time (on weekends/ school holidays you may want to plan to arrive earlier).
Please arrive at the Climbzone reception located at the front door of Soar 10-15 mins before your session is due to start. On arrival, please provide us with your booking name and time of the session, then we will ask you to sign in all the participants. The session will start at the advertised time.Your instructor will meet you in reception and take you upstairs to get kitted up then get started on your activities. After taking part in the thrilling activities you will be de-kitted out of all your climbing equipment and your session will finish at the advertised time. During the full session for safety reason spectators must stay on ground level below our Skypark.
One of our friendly and experienced instructors will be with the group at all times. Each instructor will supervise a group of up to 8 people.
To participate in our bookable activities involving the Skypark, Rock wall or the Drop you have to be aged 7 or over.
The Rock Climbing wall is suitable for ages 3 and over and is subject to availability on the day.
The slide has no age restriction but children under 1.1 m in height must be accompanied on the slide by an adult.
When taking part in an activity at Climbzone you should wear something practical and comfortable and bring some socks.
Skirts and dresses are not advised as you will be 15 metres above spectators. We will supply all technical equipment including climbing shoes if required for your session.
The instructor will be on hand to give help and assistance when needed. We will try our best to encourage and help everyone conquer their fears but If someone doesn’t want to take part in a activity they can stand in a safe spot at the side to watch. Alternatively If any participants don’t want to continue with the session they can be escorted back down the stairs.
Your session time includes kitting up and de-kitting. This is roughly 10-15 minutes kitting up and 5 minutes de-kitting. We aim to maximise the time spent on activity, however the kitting up and safety briefing is an important part of the session.
We guarantee you will get at least one go on each activity booked. If you visit us in our quieter periods, you’ll be more likely to get more shots.
Unfortunately for safety reasons we cannot allow participants to carry their own cameras on the activities. All your belongings must be secured in a locker. We cant guarantee photo’s due to the nature of the activity but we do try to take photos of you on the Skypark. Photo’s can be viewed and purchased in reception immediately after your session.
To avoid disappointment, we do advise you to book in advance – especially for weekends or during holiday periods. However, there are often spaces available on the day – but these may be limited.
The Big slide is a drop in activity – no booking required just pay £1 per go at the slide or buy our 12 slides for £10 online or when you arrive.
We can only refund or reschedule your booking if you give us 96 hours (4 days) notice. Refunds will not be given if the participant decides on the day not to take part or you are to late for your session. You need to confirm with Climbzone if you would like to add on the Chiquito meal deal 4 days before the party date.
The food is ordered on a pre-order menu at the Climbzone reception when you arrive for your party. You take the food order to Chiquito to confirm your food and drink choices while the participants are having fun at Climbzone. The food will be served shortly after your session at Climbzone finishes,unless specified otherwise on the phone at the time of booking.
To make your party hassle free we take care of everything. Tell us on the phone how many people will be dining, we will take payment at the time of booking and then book that into Chiquito for you.
On the day you will be given the menu slip to hand over to Chiquito once the session is underway with all your meal choices on it.
Therefore you do not need to contact Chiquito directly unless you have questions about specific dietary requirements.
Once you have confirmed your booking and paid, we will send you an email confirming the date and time of your session and the total cost of the booking. If there are any changes you would like to make to the booking we accept any changes up to 4 days before the activity, please just get in touch.
This is our weekend only 2 hour long session for kids aged 7-14 years.

The 2 hour long fun session is the perfect way to start the day and includes at least 1 go on The Skypark, The Climbing wall, The Drop & The Big slide.
